Administration building restoration, including repair of the water infiltration system and exterior cladding. Exterior – Demolition of the granite tiles, stucco, and polystyrene back to the concrete structure. We repaired the concrete structure as needed, installed metal hat channel and exterior sheeting and EFIS for the new exterior skin of the building. Interior – All exterior gyp board walls on the exterior face of the building had to be removed. Exterior walls had to be completely renovated by remediation of mold, add a new gyp board, new paint, and a new wood base.
