In 2012, DivcoWest acquired the historic Littlefield Building in downtown Austin, a nine-story, 110,254-square-foot structure located at the northeast corner of Sixth and Congress Avenue. Recognizing the building's architectural significance, DivcoWest initiated a comprehensive renovation plan to modernize the facility while preserving its early 20th-century charm. The upgrades included exterior updates to the windows, a painted exterior with period-correct details, and multiple interior renovations. Square One provided Owner’s Representation services for this project.
