The phase includes two levels of parking beneath and four levels of wood-framed residential units above and is 235 units in total. This multi-family building also includes a hospitality-inspired club room, an outdoor amenity area, a robust fitness room, and a courtyard including a resort-style pool, a fire pit, a hammock lawn, gas grilling stations, and multiple seating areas.
