Austin Plastic Surgery Institute of Westlake (APSI): Westlake Hills Surgery Center is an ambulatory surgical center for Austin Plastic Surgery Institute and Skin Care Clinic. The tenant improvement includes new construction of 4,019 SF containing office administration areas, a welcoming reception area, consultation area,  pre-operative patient rooms, operating rooms, and recovery rooms.  The spaces are designed to allow for one-way traffic from the administration area to operation and then post-operative recovery.  New medical gas and vacuum systems were added along with new HVAC equipment backed up with an emergency generator.
