The Project is located on a 28.5 acre site, which includes an existing Casino facility and seven level parking garage. The existing facility and Infill Project totals (405,493 SF) and includes 3,729 parking spaces for guests and employees. The Proposed Resort will add approximately 482,500 SF, which includes new Casino and a 16 story hotel. The project includes a new seven level parking structure, when combined with surface parking will provide a total of 4,193 parking spaces. Casino level amenities include a porte cochere, registration lobby, casino, bar, restaurant, coffee venue, meeting rooms, back of house service areas, offices, dock, warehouse, kitchen areas and central plant. Second level amenities include fitness area, spa, salon and indoor pool. The hotel will contain 400 guest rooms and suites. The sixteenth level will include a steakhouse, lounge, kitchen, service bar and mechanical / electrical support spaces.
