Project Description:

A 1.5 million square foot extension of the Texas Capitol Mall Complex. This project consists of two office buildings and three underground garages. Each building is made up of the iconic Sunset Granite Panels and Glazed Punched Openings that have created the sophisticated architectural styling of the Capitol building. The Phase 2 project will complete the consolidation of the Texas Facilities Commission employees into 560,000 square feet of Office Buildings, as well as expand the Parking Mall that extends down Congress Avenue and expand the Central Utilities Plant.
