Project Description:

The Community First Village is developing 127 acres over 2 sites that will provide permanent and affordable housing, dignified income work opportunities, and a supportive community for people coming out of chronic homelessness. Each site will comprise approximately 75,000 sf of commercial building space. This will include a downtown area for admin, neighbor services, an assembly hall, a kitchen, and a welcome center. Each neighborhood will have bathhouses, outdoor kitchens, and living rooms. Other areas onsite will have amenity buildings, work opportunities, as well as a garden and other outdoor spaces. There will be approximately 1,300 housing units between both sites with four different style micro homes, including 3D printed homes.
