Square One is managing the interior finish out of a two story existing building with office spaces to serve as Cap Metro's Headquarters. The existing headquarters will continue to house employees and its training academy, but the new building will help it get workers out of leased spaces and accommodate future growth. Project is about 187,700 SF.
