Four story office building with parking garage. The team worked with the City of Austin to get the property re-zoned. By succeeding at that effort, additional parking was allowed and the Owner was able to increase the building size by 25,000 SF. The added square footage created revenue opportunities for the Owner that would not have been possible otherwise.
