Phase 1: We represented Oracle in the development of the 560,000 SF corporate campus on Lady Bird Lake. Project included central plant, 2100 car parking garage, dining/food court, Starbucks, meeting spaces, future proofed for new phases.

Phase 2: We represented Oracle in the campus expansion of Phase 2 which consists of a 440,000 SF addition to Phase 1. The project includes expansion of the central plant, 1100 car parking garage expansion, dining/food court addition, a 6th floor terrace/event space amenity as well as the addition of ground level outdoor space that can be used for larger events.
