JEFF SASSER

Jeff has over 20 years of construction management experience that has included a wide range of projects. He has managed specialized MEP systems in hospitals, high-rise luxury hotels, building controls and cleanrooms. His experience has proven him to be valuable in construction management as liaison with the design team and the contractor to process change orders and pay applications. He is well versed in the submittal, ASI, Proposal Request and Request For Information processes. After graduation, Jeff spent 6 years in the U.S. Navy as an officer managing mechanical, electrical and electronic systems on a ship and as a tactical team instructor. He is a valuable part of Square One as a Senior Project Manager.
