Renovation of a 100-unit senior living apartment complex. Gaston Place needed a complete demolition of all units, they were then rebuilt to include windows, mechanics, fire protection, and appliances. The project was renovated in four phases and featured two modernized elevators, six office rooms, a library, a meeting room, a separate maintenance building, a resurfaced parking lot, and a gazebo/grilling sitting area.
