Project Description:

PCSI is a non-profit organization that provides jobs to the disabled and to veterans. Square one is assisting them in building a new 40,000 SF ground-up headquarters that will service 70 employees. The building will have up to date green energy systems as well as podium parking with access to green space and a half-mile walking trail.
