Project Description:

This expansion features additions to the existing building including a community center/fitness building addition, an aquatic expansion, and a future social hall building addition. Additionally, stand-alone structures are being planned to include a future parking garage and tennis courts southeast of the aquatic center, a guard station at the northeastern entrance, and new parking lots. We understand the building additions will be two-story and slab-on-grade. The parking garage will have 3.5 levels and a footprint of approximately 29,000 SF.
