Adult care facilities, AGE of Central Texas, are expanding their services in Central Texas with a new location in South Austin. Facility to include lobby/reception area; large main open space with sound-insulated movable partitions to divide space up; nurse/medical area with 1-2 showers; individual bath units with toilet and sink; dining/activity area; kitchen/pantry – full kitchen to prepare breakfast, lunch, and snacks; seminar/conference space for training and classes; administration space with offices, a meeting room, and break room, and storage; outdoor secured area – garden, covered patio, walking trails, and open green space.
